In order for us to guarantee the quality of our workers, we pay particular attention to their selection. We especially get tips on new workers through their references and recommendations, but also through recruitment adverts in newspapers, on the Internet and on social networks.
Interviews are held exclusively in person, either at our recruitment centre in Žilina, or subject to agreement at the candidate’s place of residence. We test all new recruits before they are accepted in our centre in Bratislava, where we have special scaffolding for training purposes. After being accepted, each new employee receives a pack from us containing a complete set of clothing and equipment. The cost of this equipment is subsequently deducted from their first salary. Where necessary, employees receive any other items from us free of charge. Our referral programme has been operating for some time now. Thanks to this, employees can get a bonus for suggesting a potential new colleague.
The above-mentioned centre in Žilina is a strategic location, situated only seven minutes from a railway and bus station, which among other things, we also use as a central warehouse. When we travel abroad, we always start from this centre, where our employees collect the necessary tools, sign documentation and return everything to upon their return. Company cars are also available to employees here if required.
